Windows 95 & 98
- On your desktop double
left click on 'My Computer'
- Double left click on 'Dial-up networking'
- Once
there you will right click on your connection to win.net,
digicove.com, aye.net, otherside.com, disknet.com,
netgateisp.com, or dcr.net (It can be called several
things such as 'My connection', 'Connection to a phone
number', etc). Then left click on properties
- There
you will see the current dial up number, erase that
number and type in the new phone number (Area code
and dashes are not needed)
- Then click 'OK', to finish

The next time you logon, you will need to use your
full username (e.g. customer@win.net customer@digicove.com
customer@otherside.com)
Windows ME
- On your desktop double
left click on 'My Computer'
- Then double left click
on 'Control Panel'
- Once there you will
double click on 'Dial-up networking',
it can also be called 'Network and dial up
connections'
- Once
there you will right click on your connection to win.net,
digicove.com, aye.net, otherside.com, disknet.com,
netgateisp.com, or dcr.net (It can be called several
things such as 'My connection', 'Connection to a phone
number', etc). Then left click on properties
- There
you will see the current dial up number, erase that
number and type in the new phone number (Area code
and dashes are not needed)
- Then click 'OK', to finish

The next time you logon, you will need to use your
full username (e.g. customer@win.net customer@digicove.com
customer@otherside.com)
Windows 2000
- Click the 'Start' button on the bottom
left hand side of the screen
- Go to 'Settings'
- Go to 'Network and Dial-up connections'
- Once
there you will right click on your connection to win.net,
digicove.com, aye.net, otherside.com, disknet.com,
netgateisp.com, or dcr.net (It can be called several
things such as 'My connection', 'Connection to a phone
number', etc). Then left click on properties
- There
you will see the current dial up number, remove it
and type in the new phone number (Area code and dashes
are not needed)
- Then click 'OK', to finish

The next time you logon, you will need to use your
full username (e.g. customer@win.net customer@digicove.com
customer@otherside.com)
Windows XP
- Click the 'Start' button on the bottom
left hand side of the screen
- Go to either 'Programs'
or 'All
Programs' (depending on how you have it
setup), go to 'Accessories', go to 'Communications,'
then left click on 'Network Connections'
- Once
there you will right click on your connection to win.net,
digicove.com, aye.net, otherside.com, disknet.com,
netgateisp.com, or dcr.net (It can be called several
things such as 'My connection', 'Connection to a phone
number', etc). Then left click on properties
- There
you will see the current dial up number, erase that
number and type in the new phone number. (Area code
and dashes are not needed)
- Then click 'OK', to finish

Mac OS 8 & 9
- Click on the 'Apple menu' in the top left
corner of your Mac's screen
- Select 'Control Panels'
- Then choose 'Remote Access'
or 'PPP',
whichever one you have
- There
you will see the current dial up number, erase that
number and type in the new phone number (Area code
and dashes are not needed)
- Click
connect and that will be all you have to do

The next time you logon, you will need to use your
full username (e.g. customer@win.net customer@digicove.com
customer@otherside.com)
Mac OS 10
- Click on the 'Apple Menu',
click on 'System
Preferences', then click on 'Network'
at the top
- Click on the 'PPP' tab
- There
you will see the current dial up number, erase that
number and type in the new phone number (Area code
and dashes are not needed)
- Click the 'Save' button and that should
be all you have to do

The next time you logon, you will need to use your
full username (e.g. customer@win.net customer@digicove.com
customer@otherside.com)
